Return & Refund Policy for FARMER EENNOO-D

At FARMER EENNOO-D, we take pride in the quality of our fresh produce and groceries. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

1. Fresh Produce & Perishable Goods
We do not accept returns of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, seafood, or other perishable items for a refund unless the product is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Quality Issue/Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is spoiled, significantly damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Required Evidence: You must provide a clear photo of the product issue. Our customer service team will review your claim and, if validated, we will happily issue a full refund or credit for the problematic item.

2. Non-Perishable & Packaged Goods
For non-perishable, packaged goods (e.g., canned goods, pasta, oils), you may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Process: Contact our customer service team for approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Delivery Issues
If your entire order is missing, or if a significant part of your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • Refunds will be processed for missing or incorrect items that we are responsible for.
